Back to Stargazing

After a break for about two months, last night was the first night I tried stargazing again on my roof. I saw thousands of stars but every time I try to take a picture, a gust of wind makes it impossible to make out.

I had planned to go back out to Jones Beach later night, however I may have to do a rain check. Since I still have work tomorrow morning and a ton of work to do today, I probably won’t get to go until next week. I just hope that the weather for next weekend is just as good as this weekend.

In the night sky, right after sunset we can see Saturn, Mars, and Neptune. Saturn goes away in a few weeks not to be seen until a few months away. I am determined to get at least one more shot of it before it goes away.
